Join the Kestrel Count
The London Wildlife Trust is running a survey of kestrels across London. The kestrel can be found all over the capital, but seems to have declined in recent years in some areas. The Trust wants to find out just how many kestrels we have in London, and where they are. To find out more about the survey, and how you can report your sightings, see the Kestrel Count 2011 page on the London Wildlife Trust's website. Or go straight to report your sighting here.
From our Latest wildlife sightings page, it is clear we have a few kestrels in Tower Hamlets (we have recent reports from Victoria Park and Leamouth), so please keep your eyes open and report your kestrel sightings to Kestrel Count.
