Tower Habitats presents the new draft Local Biodiversity Action Plan for the Borough of Tower Hamlets. It sets out the objectives for the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity in Tower Hamlets until 2014. Your comments and suggestions are invited on how to improve this Borough policy document.
