The Council runs events in parks, many of which are focussed on wildlife. Follow these links to see all the events the Council’s Parks Service is running in Victoria Park and Mile End Park.

Many of our partner organisations hold events, which are publicised on their websites. Follow the links below to see what’s happening at:

Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park
Spitalfields City Farm
Mudchute Park & Farm
Thames21
Stepney City Farm
Lower Regents Coalition

Regular volunteering at the Cemetery Park
Weekly ‘Drop in’ Volunteer days, every Tuesday and the first Sunday of every month, 10am to 3pm. Come for all or part of the day. Find a job or task that suits you and your interests, and help the “Friends”, in caring for and developing Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. The park has Local Nature Reserve status and is a great place for both natural history and human history.
